  1. General Applicability

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website. By purchasing from Patil Computers, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law.

  1. Products and Pricing
  • Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that laptop specifications, accessory descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, buyers are advised to verify the product specifications from respective OEM websites.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a laptop or accessory becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and initiate a full refund.
  1. Orders and Payments
  • Order Confirmation: Placing an order does not guarantee immediate acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock components, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payments: We accept secure online payments via [Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.]. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. Goods will only be dispatched upon successful realization of payment.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Dispatch Details: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders under 500rs are chargable
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience. Patil Computers is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving high-value items like laptops or any either items to assist with any transit damage claims.
  1. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, the standard return policy applies.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If a Product is received in a non-working condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Processing a DOA claim typically requires a certificate from the brand’s authorized service centre.
  • Returns: We accept returns within 2 days of delivery only if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened laptops or used accessories cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  1. Warranties and Liability
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Laptops, Desktops, Printers and branded accessories are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Patil Computers is a retailer, and all hardware or software defects that occur after the initial return window must be addressed directly with the brand’s authorized service centres (e.g., Asus, HP, etc.).
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Patil Computers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruptions, arising out of the use or inability to use the products purchased from our site.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Patil Computers or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belagavi, Karnataka.
